Digital Items and Virtual Currency
PowerDrop primarily deals with digital items and virtual currency (coins). Due to the nature of these digital goods, all purchases are generally considered final once the transaction is completed.
Virtual currency, once added to your account, cannot be refunded as it is immediately available for use and cannot be recovered by our system once credited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented the delivery of purchased coins to your account
- Unauthorized transactions that can be verified through our security systems
- Double-charging or other payment processing errors on our part

Exclusions
